The degree of professionalism and more generally the life of the air compressor is largely determined by the number of revolutions per minute of the cylinder head.

A low revolutions number means low wear and longer life of the air compressor. The reduction ratio of the number of revolutions is obtained by the pulleys of different diameter that are fitted to the motor and to the cylinder head respectively.

In order to improve the efficiency and performance of the air compressor, the cylinder head is equipped with a side cooling manifold.

The air intake flow cooling system is able to improve the efficiency of the air compressor itself.
When air is pumped from the air compressor cylinder head, it is fed into the tank at a very high temperature. For this reason, the more the air tends to cool, the more the condensate tends to separate and deposit itself in the bottom of the tank.
The feeding of pre-cooled air from the manifolds means that condensate formation is greatly reduced.

The air compressor is equipped with a pressure adjusting knob for the output air pressure that can be checked by means of a pressure gauge located immediately below it, together with two outlets for a double use.

The pressure switch, located on the opposite side, automatically reactivates the air compressor as soon as the pressure drops below a certain threshold.

It includes a single on/off button, a safety valve, that activates in case of excessive pressure in the tank, and the tank air pressure gauge.

Belt drive

The use of the belt, combined with an induction motor, contributes to the durability of this air compressor, drastically reducing the number of revolutions of the cylinder head, increasing its life and reducing wear.
