AE-SM5 1 Hp cover INOX Tabletop Sauce Maker

The AE-SM5 1 Hp cover INOX sauce maker is a tomato processing machine for making “passata” or tomato sauce. This machine was designed to be operated on top of a table.

The electric motor features a high-tickness stainless steel shell, which protects the motor from possible impacts ensuring great cleaning. It makes the machine extremely sturdy and reliable.

The machine body is made of food-grade die-cast polished aluminium. Other components, such as the screen (filter), hopper, chute and chute shield are made of stainless steel.

This tomato press is equipped with an asynchronous electric motor. Power supply: 230V. The motor features a watertight switch. The AE-SM5 1 Hp cover INOX passata machine is compliant with the Machinery Directive 89/392. Suitable for professionals and particularly demanding hobbyists.

The heavy-duty AE-SM5 INOX sauce maker has an 250 Kg/h hourly oputput.

Motor and transmission

This machine is equipped with a single-phase asynchronous electric motor. Power supply: 230 V. Developed power: maximum power of 1 Hp. The motor is mounted on a small metal frame with rubber vibration-damping mounts.

Electric motor with forward-reverse speed swich to disconnect the meat grinder accessory without removing it.

Focus on the pin housing.

The electric motor body is fully covered by stainless steel frame to ensure perfect cleaning and sturdy covering against accidental impacts.

The drive shaft is made of F37 steel and it is not connected directly to the worm screw. In fact, there is a transmission component between the two which also has the purpose of reducing motor revolutions, thus optimising the machine performances.

This nylon gearmotor is extremely sturdy and robust.

The electric motor features a watertight switch

All of the machine components are made in Italy.

WARNING: this product is made entirely with food-safe materials, however its internal components do not undergo cleaning before it gets distributed. When you start using it, we recommend crushing 2 kg of tomatoes and throwing them out afterwards to ensure the inside of the machine is perfectly clean and remove any debris deriving from the manufacturing process (tiny plastic fragments, metal or tin).

Machine body and components structure

This tomato press model is called AE-SM5 1 Hp cover INOX because all of its components are made of AISI 304 stainless steel including the machine body. The tomato press body is the only part that is made of moulding UNI 50 die-cast aluminium.
