In optimal conditions, it can cook up to 75 pizzas per hour without interruption. It also allows you to bake up to 8 kg of bread by letting it cool down for a few minutes.
Equipped with the innovative AIR PLUS patent, the oven guarantees a uniform cooking of the pizza on both sides, thanks to the release of oxidizing air on the embers. This system keeps the embers alive at all times and distributes the flame all the way through the cooking chamber. The stainless steel vault allows you to quickly reach 400°C in just 20/25 minutes.
Easily transportable, the oven can be positioned anywhere, including terraces and balconies, thanks to its transport trolley and low weight.
