With the Cibus 60x60 wood-fired pizza oven, you can cook your own pizza just like in the restaurant.
The Cibus series wood-fired oven is the best on the market today, in terms of practicality and quality of wood-fired cooking, for the preparation of pizza and bread, but also roasts, desserts and much more.
The oven has the AIR PLUS patent, which allows the pizza to be cooked perfectly on both sides thanks to the release of oxidizing air on the embers. These are kept alive at all times and the flame is distributed throughout the cooking chamber. Thanks also to the stainless steel vault, it can reach 400°C in 20/25 minutes.
Thanks to the massive insulation and the quality of the materials used such as scamotek, the Cibus 60x60 furnace is able to maintain the heat for longer. Once the desired temperature is reached, the oven will not incur significant heat loss.
It can also bake up to as many as 30 pizzas an hour without losing hits. At the end of the evening, if you let it cool for a few minutes, you can bake up to 5 kg of bread.
