AMA TAG300T Tracked power barrow

Tracked power barrow equipped with extendable tipping with an actual capacity of 300 kg.

Thanks to its own wheels on tracks and to the engine from 196cc this tracked power barrow is capable of carrying loads of 300 Kg also on sloping grounds, thus being an indispensable tool for each type of transport (wood, concrete, bricks, rubble, debris, etc.)

The robust steel frame and the gearbox with three forward and one back make this tracked power barrow versatile and efficient.

The mechanical overturning by means of a lever and the extensible barrow make this model extremely versatile and easy to use.

Gearbox, Parking Brake and Transmission

Gearbox : Large, reliable and accurate.

Gearbox large, robust and reliable with thick protection from stones or other objects present on the ground

Parking brakes:
annexes to the gearbox, for greater stability and security.
These are automatically activated to release the command (leaving the car in neutral, even in strong gradient, the machine remains perfectly blocked)

Transmission:
Robust and resistant, it allows to manage the steering acting on the single track deactivating the rotation

The machine is supplied by the manufacturer with transmission oil level. Anyway, oil levels must ALWAYS be checked before operating the unit as specified in the instruction and maintenance manual.

Loncin Petrol Engine

The Loncin engine is a 4 stroke petrol engine and features the overhead valve technology.

It is positioned in the front area of the tracked power barrow so as to be able to gain immediate access to all mechanical parts and facilitate maintenance operations.

Tracks and Cart

The width and profile of the tread guarantee perfect grip and stability on all types of terrain. Made of special reinforced rubber with excellent grip, they are able to tackle any type of surface or step.

The track at rear angle greater pointy "tank type" allowing him to climb easily even on stairs or other types of obstacles.

The perfect front / rear balance ensures the distribution of loads and a perfect adherence to the ground. Self-cleaning rollers.

Adjustable track tension with tensioner spring to ensure a constant draw of the same

Frame

The robust frame with steel structure in high thickness which limits the vibrations and noise. The low center of gravity also ensures an optimal stability during the work the position of the engine and the transmission facilitates maintenance

Automatic adjusting the track tension thanks to the tension springs.

Tipping and Extensible Barrow

Barrow in high-strength steel, is reinforced with tubular cross members in the lower part, which make it suitable for any load or stress. The loading platform is at the minimum distance from the ground to facilitate loading / unloading operations

Mechanical tipping: Manually activated with the appropriate rubberized release lever with spring, and facilitated (in case of heavy loads) from the lifting tipping lever placed on the side.

The hydraulic piston located under the barrow keeps in inclined overturning position. If you want to have complete overturning simply unplug the piston.

Opening sides: to significantly increase the size of the load floor, it allows to also optimize the most bulky transport.

Controls

Control: easy to operate and ergonomic, they offer precision and can be controlled in the work

Large red lever for motion activation.

The two lower levers are for the steering, respectively right and left.

The steering is modulated as a function of the control lever and allows it to move smoothly. By partially pulling one or the other lever also the steering of the affected track, right or left, will be partial.
This allows the steering of the tracked power barrow in an extremely easy way, without causing any sudden movements.

Safety brake that allows the immediate arrest.

Accelerator lever and mains supply interruption switch.
