Bahco pruning saw blades with Japanese teeth and sharpening with precision grinding

The blades of this pruning saw, as well as the ones ranging from 390 to 450 mm, are thicker to guarantee that the flexibility of the blade is proportional to length and type of use.
Concave grinding and the specific position and grinding of teeth reduce of 50% the cellular destruction of wood, allowing for a clean cut, so the plant can quickly heal.
The tip of the blade is hooked to prevent it from slipping out of the groove.
Impulse hardening used for this blade is a special high-frequency heating technique by which teeth are instantly heated and hardened.
Thanks to this process it is possible to harden just the teeth, while the rest of the blade retains normal steel flexibility.
