The Basic Red Vintage electric grater (350 W) is a heavy-duty grater suitable for home use.
This model features a red colour for a retro look suitable for all kitchens: the machine is very elegant and less industrial looking.
Made of food-grade die-cast aluminium with ultra resistant base. It is therefore really sturdy and ensures a long life span.
It is compliant with all the safety standards, powered by a motor with thermal protection, interlock on the food pusher which activates in case of danger.
This safety microswitch on the handle automatically stops the machine when lifted.
The motor provides good power and allows you to grate also the hardest cheese and dry bread with no risk of overheating. This cheese grater is designed for max. 16 min of continuous use (without stopping).
