The 320 mm hard chrome blade guarantees a high cutting capacity, which makes it also suitable for catering.

Thanks to the harmonious and balanced design, the machine features the elegance of the flywheel meat slicers by Berkel.

In addition, an NFC tag is integrated into the machine body, to guarantee authenticity.

Decorations and golden details are a classy touch to embellish all the features of the machine.

The machine is equipped with a sliding food pusher with minimum thickness to minimise food waste, equipped with iron tips to hold the food

BERKEL flywheel B114 is designed to allow you to place the food carriage directly under the blade, optimising preparation and serving time.

The machine body is made of a special aluminium alloy and the feet are made of rubber for total stability while working.

The meat slicer is equipped with an integrated sharpener with separate movements, to keep the blade original precision and shape.

Movement Adjustment
