The flywheel protrudes below the working table only about 33 mm to allow the opening of the lower drawers. This is just one example of the attention to detail that Berkel pays to its products.
Being the latest release, it presents some modern touches such as a blade that allows consistent and perfect cuts as long sought by the manufacturer.
In addition, an NFC tag is integrated into the machine body, so as to guarantee autenticity.
The meat slicer is equipped with an integrated sharpener with separate movements, so as to keep the blade original precision and shape.
The machine body is made of a special aluminium alloy, the feet are made of ABS, Inox and rubber for total stability during slicing.
BERKEL flywheel B2 is designed to allow you to position the food carriage directly under the blade, optimizing preparation and serving time.
The machine is equipped with a minimum thickness sliding food pusher to minimize waste, equipped with iron teeth to hold the food to be sliced
