FULL CHARGE FOR THE ENTIRE BATTERY LIFE: the charge of the lithium-ion batteries does not fade. Unlike nickel-cadmium batteries, which power gradually decreases, lithium-ion batteries, cells maintain constant power throughout the entire cycle. There is roughly the same charge for the entire cycle without reducing the motor speed. The battery operates at full power until it runs down.

LONGER CHARGE DURATION: Lithium batteries boast 3-4 times more charges than conventional nickel-cadmium batteries, while having longer storage periods with less charge loss. With lithium batteries, you can have up to 2,000 charge cycles!

The Black & Decker 18 V lithium-ion battery can be recharged at any time (just like the batteries of modern smartphones, no memory effect) so it is always ready to use. It lasts on average 3 times longer than a standard battery. The battery is equipped with a convenient charge indicator.
