Black & Decker BCMW3336L2-QW Battery-powered Electric Lawn Mower - 36 V 2.5 Ah

The new Black & Deceker BCMW3336L2-QW battery-powered electric lawn mower belongs to the range of lawn mowers powered by 36 V batteries. It is provided with a 33 cm cutting width and it is ideal for small and medium-sized lawns up to 600 s.q. m. (300 s.q. m. with a 36 V 2.5Ah battery).

It is provided with 5 different cutting heights and a steel blade with a shaped profile that increases cutting and the grass collection, ensuring a perfect finishing. This lightweight and compact lawn mower is equipped with a 35 L grass collector which allows you to collect a large amount of grass, thus avoiding to empty it frequently.

It can be easily transported and stored in small spaces thanks to its foldable and detachable handlebar. Thanks to its low weight, this lawn mower is a very versatile and easy-to-use.

The lawn mower is equipped with 2 36 V 2.5Ah batteries and a battery charger.

It is compatible with all Black & Decker 36 V batteries which are shared with the whole Black & Decker 36 V range.

The compartment of the Black&Decker 2.5Ah battery, supplied with the machine, is placed in the centre of the front part of the lawn mower.

Simply lift the cover and remove the batteries to recharge them.

The Black&Decker 36 V lithium-ion battery can be recharged at any time (just like the batteries of modern smartphones, no memory effect) so they are always ready to use. They last on average 30 times more than a standard battery.

REAR DISCHARGE SYSTEM:
This system allows mowing without using the grass collector, discharging the grass clippings directly from the back of the lawn mower.

MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM

To convert the machine for the mulching cut, simply remove the grass collector and enter the mulching plug supplied, which automatically activate the mulching cutting system.

WHAT IS MULCHING: This grass mowing system allows crushing grass clippings and dropping them on the ground. The resulting grass particles are so small, they will be barely noticeable on the lawn. This eliminates the problem of its disposal (reducing any effort and shortening the time-saving). Moreover, grass clippings will break down into nutrients and water for the lawn (grass is 80% water) and will thus ensure a perfectly balanced biological cycle. However, it is worth remembering that, to ensure the greatest mulching results, the lawn should be irrigated and the grass needs cutting at least once a week.

Unlike nickel-cadmium batteries, which power gradually decreases, lithium batteries’ cells maintain constant power throughout the entire cycle. The same charge for the entire cycle without reducing the motor speed. The battery is running at full power until the charge is depleted.

CHARGE DURATION LENGTHNESS: lithium batteries hold their power for a longer time than the nickel-cadmium ones, with a number of charges 3-4 times greater and longer storage times with

LIGHTWEIGHT: Lithium-ion batteries have the best power-to-weight ratio. They weight 1/3 of the nickel-cadmium ones.
