This petrol-powered shredder is built according to the logic of large-sized shredders, thus achieving maximum results in terms of cutting, speed and reliability.

Shredders intended use:
- The shredder must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to rapid deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwoods and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper)

Generously sized steel hopper, capable of receiving very large branches and fronds, without necessarily pre-processing. The large capacity allows you to enter a lot of material at once.

Focus on the hopper

Focus on the practical carrying handles placed on top of the hopper.

The central rotor consists of 2 steel discs, firmly coupled to each other.

These represent an extremely sturdy unit (which constitutes the main part of the shredder) of truly higher size, strength and performance.

The rotor measures 400x10 cm.

They carry out pre-processing, breaking down the material in the hopper into coarser fragments.

Provided with chipping blades (or hammers) in tempered still rotating at a high-speed. Thanks to their centrifugal motion, they reduce the branches in small pieces.

The outer shredding chamber is proportionate in size to the rotor it contains. Large and rounded, it guarantees optimum productivity and the durability of the system.

The material is discharged laterally from the discharge chute, which is equipped with a safety panel that opens independently when the material is pushed.

Very easy shredding chamber opening, allowing rapid inspection of the rotor and its components.

The machine frame is 100 % made of steel.

The machine is equipped with sturdy support feet that keep it steady and stable during work operations.
The large pneumatic wheels ensure easy and comfortable transport and storage.

This transmission gives the machine an extraordinary sturdiness, protecting both the engine and the internal grinding rotor from any kind of internal shock or kickback.

In the event of a rotor blockage caused, for example, by too large a piece of wood, stones, etc., there is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and therefore throwing the motor away, but there will be slippage or at most a breakage of the intermediate belt.

This is much longer than the traditional systems still used by all manufacturers with an internal combustion engine directly connected to the shredding chamber.

In addition, the belt tensioning lever activates and deactivates the machine operation.
