Blue Bird Tirreno is the new electric olive shaker with opposed motion, unique in its kind, entirely designed and manufactured by using the most advanced design, research and production techniques.
Blue Bird has designed its entire range of olive harvesters for satisfying every Operator’s need, without sacrificing the Made in Italy quality and practicality of a product that must always ensure high performance.
All the models features a light weight of 2.4 Kg.
It marks a turning point in the field of electric machines for olive harvesting by proposing the new system with two superimposed combs with opposite oscillatory motion (patented). It inherits the qualified system of opposing comb motion, even more perfected and effective thanks to an engineering process of refinement on the ergonomics and distribution of masses and weights. These improvements have made the system unique.
The extension cable is provided with a 12/36V converter that allows using a standard car battery to operate the harvester with 36V.
It is also equipped with a control unit that keeps the beat frequency unchanged as the battery charge drops.
This patented system reduces vibrations while working and improves the performances as it can even harvest the hardest olives which will fall down inside the perimeter of the tree. The excellent ergonomics of the head, together with the long carbon fibre prongs, ensure excellent penetration into the foliage (even the thickest one), without damaging the olive tree. The head's kinematics, made of self-lubricating materials and completely mounted on bearings, ensure reliability over time and very low maintenance.
We recommend to use a 80 Ah battery, that ensures 8 h of non-stop working in complete safety.
The olive harvester, equipped with a 2.5 m pole in its tandard configuration, can be extended of up to 3.50 m by connecting the extension pole (15/100 cm) that can be connected at the bottom of the fixed pole.
