The Blue Bird NEA HO50 post hole borer with Honda GX50 engine is a reliable tool suitable for a large variety works in both construction and agricultural field. Earth augers are a great and effortless solution to plant fruit trees, make fence bases or bore fence posts, stack concrete poles in the vineyard and for many other applications.

The machine mounts a petrol engine with a cubic capacity of 47.9 cc and capable of reaching a power of 2 Hp. The earth auger is easy to handle thanks to its compact size and light weight: only 10.5 Kg. It has a maximum holes drilling diameter of 250 mm and a maximum earth drilling depth of 1.2 m.

The auger bits are made of high strength steel, very durable and reliable. The latest addition to the range is the TR-WAVE micro-vibration post hole borer: especially designed for piling operations, it allows to halve the time and effort required to make holes in the ground, thanks to the special bit that drills the ground with micro lateral vibrations produced by the unique patented system.

This model is equipped with a Honda 4-stroke engine and features the sturdiest cast gearbox on the market with internal gears in high-impact hardened steel in grease bath.

Different types of auger bits available, from 8 cm to 20 cm in diameter, and one auger bit extension for extra drilling depth.

The Honda GX35 is a 47.9 cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke engine. Equipped with a single-cylinder, it iss capable of reaching a maximum power of 2 Hp at 7000 rpm.

Fitted with a 0.63 L tank, the Honda GX50 engine runs on petrol. It is also equipped with a 100 ml oil tank, which feeds the unique lubrication system that Honda has developed for these engines.

No more fuel issues and no need to prepare the fuel-oil mix or worry about having fresh mix supplies. Eco-friendly engine: one of the least polluting models on the market.

The post hole borer mounts the sturdiest cast gearbox on the market with internal gears in high-impact in-case hardened tempered steel lubricated in grease bath.

This aspect is very important when purchasing a post hole borer, as the gearbox component is continuously subjected to high stresses and its correct functioning determines the durability and reliability of the entire machine.

The gearbox reduces the engine rpm to a 1:40 ratio by running the auger tip up to 160 rpm
