BullMach ZEUS 120 BSE - Professional petrol wood chipper - B&S XR2100 13.5 HP engine with electric start

The BullMach ZEUS 120 BSE petrol wood chipper / shredder allows reducing the weeds and twigs to an easy to handle and suitable size for composting. The tiny wood chips crushing also reduces the time required for the decomposition of the latter.

The large steel hopper can process even very bulky branches and leaves without having to pre-shred them. Thus, it also features a large capacity that allows entering large volumes of material at a time.

This garden shredder is equipped with three safety switches or 'sensors' that stop the machine or do not allow it to be switched on if only the three the controls correctly pressed; one of them is located at the end of the hopper, another one at the discharge discharge chute connection to the main body and the last one on the housing covering the central rotor.

Thanks to the wheels and handles at the ends of the hopper, moving the machine is easy and effortless.

This petrol wood chipper features the quality of large-sized shredders, thus ensuring maximum results in terms of cutting, speed and reliability; The machine is compliant with the CE standards.

Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwood and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper);

This feature gives high sturdiness to the unit, protecting both the engine and all the shredding system from every possible internal hit or kickback.

Higher durability over time compared to the standard system of all the manufacturers of petrol-powered machineries, as the transmission is directly connected to the shredding cutting system.

In case of a rotor clogging caused, for example, by a too large branch, stones, etc. there is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and the motor, but the intermediate belt will slip or at least will brake down.

SAFETY SISTEMS: Hopper opening sensor, discharge chute opening sensor, rotor housing opening sensor. It prevents the machine operating if at least one of these parts is opened.

The cutting system consists of:

• 3 large blades, mounted on a swivelling steel plate placed at the end of the hopper.

Equipped with large and sturdy shredding chamber. It features a rounded shape that ensures great productivity and long durability of the cutting system.

Provided with 180° rotating discharge chute.

Simply grab the two handles on the side of the chute and rotate it to the desired direction.

Thanks to its 1.63 cm height, the discharge chute allows you to throw out the wood chips straight into a tractor trailer or truck.

The inclination of the discharge chute is also adjustable in order to control the distance of the discharged shredded material.
