Campagnola HERCULES 58V - 200 cm Carbon Pole - Electric Battery-powered Olive Harvester

HERCULES is the olive harvester that Campagnola has intended for a professional use on larger plants or with thick foliage.

This olive shaker is placed at the top of the rage for electromechanical olive harvesters by Campagnola for the collection capacity in lowland or hillside crops.

Designed to fit any work situation, it ensures the best results in absolute respect of the integrity of the plant and the fruit.

This amazing line is powered by a professional induction motor, compatible with all the product belonging to the 58 line.

With this product Campagnola wanted to make some improvements, for example the switches have been replaced with touch keys, the connections are no longer screwed but interlocking.

In this configuration, the harvester is combined with a 200 cm carbon fixed pole.

These are the most important features when choosing a carbon pole instead of an aluminium one:

• Higher sturdiness;
• More rigidity means higher control;
• It weighs 300 g less than the aluminium ones;

The length of this pole is the ideal configuration of this olive harvester, because the motor is mounted at the end of the pole.

It is great with shorter olive trees, we advise to grip the pole from the middle to maintain a weight balance of 50%-50% (just like shown in the upper diagram) making it even more handy to use.

The rotating pole for electrical equipment is 100% made of Carbon, thus resulting sturdy and extremely light.

The head of this olive harvester is composed of the transmission and the prongs support only.

The motor is placed at the end of the pole for better weight balance.

The harvester is supplied with 2 sets of prongs:

• Set including 9x 35 cm long prongs in carbon (30 cm actual)
• Set including 9x 31 cm long prongs in highly flexible polymer (25 cm actual)

The possibility of choosing between 2 different types of prongs ensures a great performance and versatility among the olive harvesters by Campagnola in terms of collection and penetration into the plant foliage.

The transmission allows the unified support, on which the prongs are mounted, to carry out fast tilting elliptical lateral oscillations both left and right from the initial position, with a short range (1080–1140 rotations per minute thanks to the possibility of selecting 2 operating speed options).

The advantages of this technique are: low vibrations and olive detachment perpendicular to the ground.

The motor at the end of the pole gives this harvester exceptional balancing, which means less fatigue during use.
Today, however, 99% of harvesters on the market have still the motor mounted on the head: an easier and more affordable solution that makes the harvester extremely unbalanced in weights and very tiring to use.

Do not forget that in most cases the harvester is gripped at the bottom of the pole, and if the weight is all concentrated above, it becomes really heavy to handle and certainly impossible to use for a whole day.

In choosing a harvester, it is wrong to consider only the total weight in the evaluation of Operator's comfort.

The Operator's comfort is given not by the total weight but from balancing weights, and then by mounting the motor at the bottom of the pole

Despite the considerable size of the combs, it features 1080 rotations per minute.
