Campagnola Hercules Olive Harvester

The Hercules ECO 6 aims at efficiency in every work situation, guaranteeing excellent results while fully respecting the health of plants and fruits.

This harvester is equipped with a high power brush engine, with a maximum power of 350 W and a speed of 1200 rpm, operating at a nominal voltage of 12V and an energy absorption of 7/8 Ah.

For added safety and durability, a strain relief system for the power cable is included. The rod with an adjustable length between 185 and 270 cm offers additional flexibility, allowing the operator to easily reach different heights and angles, adapting to various needs

The weight of the device is considerably low, 3.4 kg, making it easy to handle and less tiring to use for prolonged periods.

The head of the Hercules ECO 6 is made of techno polymer reinforced with carbon fibres, offering strength and durability. Interchangeable carbon fibre prongs are included, ensuring a gentle and effective collection.

Rotating head

The head of the Hercules 6 ECO harvester head consists only of the transmission and tine support, This design aims to keep the device light and efficient for harvesting olives.

The engine is located at the bottom of the harvester rod to ensure better weight balance. This arrangement helps the operator to manoeuvre the device more easily.

The harvester is supplied with 2 sets of prong or tines:

Set of nine 31 cm tines made of super flexible techno polymer (blue) This set offers a gentle action without damaging the plants during the olive harvest.
Set of nine 36 cm carbon tines (black) This set allows a more incisive and energetic action, ideal for penetrating even the thickest foliage of olive trees.

The transmission of the harvester allows the single tine support to make short lateral elliptical swings to the right and left of its initial position. This feature helps to reduce vibrations during use and promotes the detachment of the olives perpendicular to the ground.

Engine at the end of the pole

The motor at the end of the pole gives this harvester exceptional balancing, which means less fatigue during use.
Today, however, 99% of harvesters on the market have still the motor mounted on the head: an easier and more affordable solution that makes the harvester extremely unbalanced in weights and very tiring to use.

Do not forget that in most cases the harvester is gripped at the bottom of the pole, and if the weight is all concentrated above, it becomes really heavy to handle and certainly impossible to use for a whole day.

In choosing a harvester, it is wrong to consider only the total weight in the evaluation of user comfort.

The user comfort is given not by the total weight but from balancing weights, and then by mounting the engine at the bottom of the pole

Very powerful 350 watt engine

It generates, despite the considerable size of rakes, up to 1200 rotations per minute.

Support base with cable grommet. It ensures total protection of the extension cable and the engine connection plug. Both in the working phase, when the cable is constantly being pulled, and in the other phase, when the machine is resting vertically on the ground.

Pole

New telescopic pole extra light and made of aluminium, equipped with quick coupling.

Length of telescopic pole: 185–270 cm

*with the head mounted, the Alice assumes a length of 325 cm with the rod at maximum extension.

The length of this pole is the ideal configuration of this olive harvester, because the engine is mounted at the end of the pole.

Perfect for use with shorter olive trees, we recommend to grip the pole from the middle to maintain a weight balance of 50%-50% (see diagram above) making its operation even more comfortable.
