This BBQ features a practical lever to adjust the charcoal basket on three different heights depending on the cooking needs, thus also allowing for optimised use of charcoal.
The special "closed lid" system, together with the two cooking grids in stainless steel allows to maintain an homogeneous cooking and to achieve mouth-filling cooking results. The combustion chamber helps to maintain a constant internal temperature and keeps food moist and soft.
The ventilation system consists of two manually adjustable side vent dampers which makes sure that air circulates within the cooking chamber. These type of barbecues also feature a convenient lower storage shelf.
