The Ceccato Olindo Bull SPLT12F is a tractor-mounted vertical log splitter suitable for those who have to carry out intensive and heavy-duty splitting operations. A product of the highest Italian quality by Ceccato Olindo, historical brand and leader in the sector.

The Bull SPLT12F log splitter can be connected to the tractor by means of a mobile pump which is directly linked to the PTO. It is NOT necessary using a cardan universal joint. Pump unit and multiplier gearbox are directly connected to the tractor PTO for extra splitting force and working speed.

The tube outside the piston is made of DOMEX steel, while the wedge is made of hardened steel.

ATTENTION:
The log splitters in this category are not suitable for working with wood with particularly twisted fibres, such as poplar or pine, with large diameters and, in any case, types of wood with frequent knots. In this case, it is advisable to opt for professional models. In addition, logs should only be split once they have been dried, and not when they are green; when wood is green, it is less likely to split and open up and is therefore less suitable for use with a log splitter. Once dried, however, it can be split and is ready for use in fireplaces, stoves, ovens, etc.
