Ceccato BULL SPLT12F - Tractor-Mounted Log Splitter - Vertical

The Ceccato Olindo Bull SPLT12F is a tractor-mounted vertical log splitter suitable for those who have to carry out intensive and heavy-duty splitting operations. A product of the highest Italian quality by Ceccato Olindo, historical brand and leader in the sector.

The Bull SPLT12F log splitter can be connected to the tractor by means of a mobile pump which is directly linked to the PTO. It is NOT necessary using a cardan universal joint. Pump unit and multiplier gearbox are directly connected to the tractor PTO for extra splitting force and working speed.

The tube outside the piston is made of DOMEX steel, while the wedge is made of hardened steel.

ATTENTION:

The log splitters in this category are not suitable for working with wood with particularly twisted fibres, such as poplar or pine, with large diameters and, in any case, types of wood with frequent knots. In this case, it is advisable to opt for professional models. In addition, logs should only be split once they have been dried, and not when they are green; when wood is green, it is less likely to split and open up and is therefore less suitable for use with a log splitter. Once dried, however, it can be split and is ready for use in fireplaces, stoves, ovens, etc.

WEDGE: cutting wedge with 3° tilt towards the frame.

LOWER CONTROL ARM LEVERS: shortened levers on the log supporting arms. Thus, their positioning in compliance with the height measures stated in the Directive. The indicative shape has been specifically selected to prevent the possible fall of the log towards the Operator.

HYDRAULIC HOSES: we have increased the hose diameter for ensuring a lower oil temperature. Cable protection and shielding with Ceccato Olindo screen-printed canvas sheathing with steel studs. In case of damage or burst of the hose, this holds the oil and vaporises it without any risk of injury.

Each machine model features all the specifications required in accordance with the Directive. Thus, all the use and maintenance instructions are properly upgraded.

The Ceccato log splitter is in compliance with the DIN EN 609-1: 2017 Directive.

This log splitter can be operated directly connecting it to the tractor, thanks to the mobile pump.

Indeed, the SPLT12F is provided with pump unit and multiplier gearbox are directly connected to the tractor PTO for extra splitting force and high working speed.

The multiplier gearbox transfers the drive torque from the tractor to the mobile hydraulic pump, which operates at a pressure of 230 bar (max.) and pumps 26 L/min of oil to the hydraulic cylinder.

The frame of the machine structure itself acts as the hydraulic oil tank.

The log splitter can be connected to the tractor by means the three-point linkage on the sturdy machine frame and the mobile pump safety chains.

If you use the mobile pump it is NON using the cardan shaft, as usual for others tractor-mounted log splitters on market.
