The Trincione Ceccato 380 - T1400ID tractor flail mower with three-point-hitch and hydraulic shift is an innovative high performance machine entirely manufactured in Italy

The flail mower features a compact and sturdy design thanks to its double skin frame (3+3 mm), which has been specially designed to withstand time and the shocks it can receive.

Its sturdy structure and its 0.8 cm hammer flails make the machine suitable for different types of processing (grass, pruning, straw, etc.… ).

It is equipped with 4 transmission belts and a special peephole for checking the oil level along with the transmission shaft that connects the pulley to the gearbox.

Furthermore, this flail mower is built with the highest-quality materials and it is equipped with all the necessary safety devices according to the current legislation.

The side shift in this machine model is 40 cm. Suitable for medium-sized and new generation tractors.

Smooth hammer flails

These sturdy and heavy hammers represents the high quality of the manufacturing brand: Olindo Ceccato.

This machine is intended to finely shred grass and clippings, while rolling the grass cover and turf simultaneously. Thanks to the high number of rotor revolutions and the number of hammers (hammer flails), it allows reducing the wave impact of the grass cover and performing excellent shredding operations.

The hammers have a width of 82 mm.

The bolt diameter is 24 mm, while the width is 100 mm.

Roller cutting diameter 125.5 mm

The thick rotor features a 132 cm diameter. This makes it suitable to withstand long years of working operations, keeping its sturdiness against the accidental impacts that may occur.

Additionally, the electronically balanced rotor is mounted on side steel supporting bars that are provided with spherical roller bearings, renowned to be 10 times more resistant compared to the standard ball bearings.

The roller is also adjustable in height to allow the forage harvester to work without any difficulty.

The flail mower is equipped with hydraulic shift.

The three-point linkage runs on a sturdy tubular mounted across the width of the mower.

These two steel plates are in contact and laid one on top of the other, making the machine much more sturdy compared to classic flail mowers with a standard frame.

This flail mower is thus truly indestructible even in the most adverse conditions, while maintaining its ease of use.

It withstands stones, shrubs, brushwood and undergrowth with even large diameter branches without the slightest difficulty.
