Ceccato Triton Monster P.T.O. - Professional Tractor-mounted garden shredder

The TRITONE MONSTER P.T.O. Is a heavy-duty tractor-mounted garden shredder, specifically intended for shredding large quantities of vegetable waste; it is entirely Made in Italy and equipped with a large hopper that allows the Operator to easily enter branches and vegetable waste.

It can shred branches up to 100 mm diameter. The hopper can be folded for transport or storage.
However, it is required to close the hopper with the proper self-locking nuts.

Machine size: 180 cm length, 150 mm width, 197 cm high. The hopper can rotate 360° and it is 2 m high. The cutting rotor features 600 mm diameter.

The central unit is equipped with 1 central double-edged blade and 2 other reversible blades and other 24 reversible shredding hammers inside.

The machine is equipped with a 3-point hitch for tractor, a gear multiplier with cardan joint. The garden shredder is provided with a 2-belt drive system that transfer motion from the multiplier to the cutting rotor. Furthermore, it is equipped with 2 counter-blades for high shredding performance. The machine is fitted with a round-shaped sieve that sieves the wood chips and two pneumatic wheels. Tritone Monster P.T.O. is compliant with all the CE safety regulations.

Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)

The machine is equipped with a large steel hopper, 62 x 52 cm, able to process even very bulky branches and leaves, without having to pre-shred them. Thus, it also features a higher capacity that allows entering large volumes of material at a time.

The hopper can be folded for transport or storage, however, it is required to close the hopper with the proper self-locking nuts before starting the unit.

The central rotor is composed of highly-thick 2 steel flywheels firmly assembled together.

These then represent a sturdy unit (the main component of the garden shredder) of truly superior size, strength and performance, with 69 cm diameter.

This rotor is therefore one of the sturdiest and largest rotors on the market.

Equipped with 2 large shredding blades. They pre-shred the wood into the hopper reducing it in coarse wood chips.

The large door of the rotor unit is equipped with 2 sturdy interchangeable counter-blades. These act as counter-blades to the 2 main blades and perform a scissor effect at the first cut of the branch entered into the hopper.

Another 2 blades are placed in the centre part of the rotor to optimise and refine shredding.

Equipped with 24 high-speed rotating hardened steel shredding hammers (or blades). Thanks to their centrifugal motion they shred the branches in small wood chips.

Around the rotor there is a round-shaped sieve with many properly tilted counter-blades to improve the quality of the wood chips just shredded by the two large blades.
These, placed near the edge of the rotor, act as counter-blades to the 24 hammers on the rotor. This system results in higher quality wood chips.

The outer shredding chamber (the largest and sturdiest in its category) is proportionate to the rotor it includes. It is wide and features a round-shape. It guarantees excellent productivity, as well as the durability of the system.

The machine structure is 100% made of steel. No plastic has been used.

The high steel thickness of the shredding chamber proves the high quality and sturdiness of the machine.

Provided with 360° rotating discharge chute.

Simply rotate the lever and then the chute by means the 2 handles placed in the lower part of the chute.

As the discharge chute is 2 m high, this allows it to discharge the wood chips directly into the tractor or lorry trailer.

The inclination of the discharge chute is also adjustable in order to control the distance of the discharged shredded material.

This transmission gives the machine an extraordinary sturdiness, protecting both the motor and the internal shredding rotor from any kind of internal shock or kickback.

In case of a rotor blockage caused, for example, by a too large branch, stones, etc.. there is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and the motor, but the intermediate double belt will slip or at least will brake down.

The wood chipper can be folded for easy transport or storage.

It is recommended to tighten the self-locking bolts supplied with the hopper before starting the machine.

The garden shredder is provided with 2 large pneumatic wheels for easy transport.

It is also provided with rear rubbers placed under the tractor 3-point hitch.
