The TRITONE ONE PTO is a cardan-driven wood chipper designed for domestic and semi-professional use to achieve maximum results in terms of cutting, speed and reliability. is equipped with a large hopper that allows easily processing he waste and shredding woods with a maximum diameter of 6 cm. Optional refiner sieves can also be fitted to reduce the size of the wood chips.

The transmission between the tractor and the cutting mass is belt-driven, thus reducing the stress on the engine during work. It is equipped with 2 wheels made of a special rubber mixture that prevents stones from getting stuck.

UNIFIED HOPPER: it considerably simplifies and speeds up the operations.
It eliminates the constant operation of dividing the material (before grinding) between the large, woody sections and the smaller, green sections, each of them must be placed in their own hopper (an operation required by all standard shredders equipped with 2 hoppers).

SELF-FEEDING (once branches are entered into the hopper, it tends to pull them in by itself).
This was made possible thanks to the new hopper designed in an almost vertical position.

Assisted by the the force of gravity, the mechanism manages to pull in the branches to be ground.

WARNING: the branches must not be too bulky because this may limit the functionality of the machine.

INTERMEDIATE TRANSMISSION WITH 2 REINFORCED BELTS.

This transmission gives the machine an extraordinary sturdiness, protecting both the engine and the internal grinding rotor from any kind of internal shock or kickback. In the event of a blockage of the rotor caused, for example, by too large a piece of wood, stones, etc., there is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and thus throwing the motor away, but there will be a slippage or at most a breakage of the intermediate belt.

The central rotor consists of 2 steel discs, firmly coupled to each other.

These then form an extremely sturdy cell (the heart of the shredder) of truly superior size, robustness and performance.
This rotor is therefore among the most sturdy and smallest on the market.

Equipped with 2 large cutting blades.

They carry out a pre-process, chopping the material in the hopper into coarser fragments.
Equipped with 8 high-speed rotating hardened steel chopping blades (or hammers)

With their centrifugal motion they shred the wood in very small fragments.

Interchangeable counter-blades, the main feature that makes it number one in its class and makes it a shredder with truly professional features and performance.

These, once the hopper is mounted, are very close to the 2 rotating cutting blades fixed on the rotor.

Therefore, the blade + counter-blade system makes cutting operations easier and more efficient, while reducing the engine effort. This greatly increases the efficiency of the machine and the speed of work.

Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)

Shredders intended use:
- The shredder must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to rapid deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwoods and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper)

The garden shredder has a cutting diameter of 50 to 60 mm, depending on the consistency of the wood.

Large-sized steel hopper is able to process even very bulky branches and leaves, without having to pre-shred them. Thus, it also features a large capacity that allows entering large volumes of material at once.

The outer shredding chamber is proportionate in size to the rotor it contains. It is very large and rounded shaped. It guarantees excellent performance and long-lasting durability over time.

One of the very few with an discharge chute equipped with grid, which can be opened and closed, and that ensures that the fragments are only ejected when well ground by the 8 shredding blades (hammers).

The grid is equipped with a pivoting pin and a knob that allows assembling or disassembling it on the discharge chute.

Lifting the grid will produce coarser fragments, which allows maximising the production of smaller fragments.

The machine structure is 100% made of steel. No part of the machine is made of plastic.
