Char-Broil Performance Core B3 CART Gas Grill

The Performance Core B3 CART gas grill is equipped with the patented TRU-INFRARED cooking technology that produces infrared heat rather than convective heat for perfect barbecuing results.

The gas grill fits two types of cooking grates:

  • TRU-INFRARED emitter plates in stainless steel and a 41,60x43,50 cm upper cooking grate built in cast iron.
  • A 37,80x20 cm warming rack in porcelain-enamelled steel to keep grilled food warm at an optimal temperature, ideal for hamburger buns or baguettes.

The gas grill features two heavy-duty wheels that provide stability and easy mobility. Two useful side tables for an additional shelf surface.

Grill body and coated lid built from porcelain-enamelled steel with handle and built-in hood thermometer, which monitors the internal temperature of the grill. Wheeled frame in powder-coated steel, closed at four sides, with front doors and two heavy-duty wheels for stability and easy mobility.

The grill fits 3 fuel-efficient, high-performance burners made of stainless steel with 9,2 kW/h output for maximum heat with low gas consumption and excellent cooking results, even for casual barbecue enthusiasts.

HOW DO CONVENTIONAL GRILLS WORK?

Conventional grills rely solely on convective heat, which cooks the food. The heat is transferred through the air and the food is cooked with the circulating heat.

HOW IS THE HEAT DISTRIBUTED WHEN GRILLING?

On a conventional gas grill heat is not evenly distributed. This causes the food being grilled to cook at different speeds. Gas grills have an additional problem, because the heated air removes the moisture from the barbecued food and then simply evaporates.

HOW DO Char Broil grills SOLVE THE HEAT PROBLEM?

Whether charcoal or gas grills, most of the Char-Broil models include the patented TRU-Infrared cooking technology, which delivers nothing but the best barbecue results.

The special Infrared emitted plate above the heat source absorbs the energy and heat which is then radiated evenly over the food. This guarantees more moisture, which significantly enhances the taste and more.
