Char-Broil Performance Pro S 2 Gas Grill

The Char-Broil Performance Pro S 2 is versatile, compact, mid-range gas grill which provides for a limitless BBQ experience. The 4 steering rollers for easy mobility. Two folding side tables offers extra working space and space-saving storage.

Equipped with TRU-INFRARED cooking technology that produces infrared heat rather than convective heat and ensures 100% even heat distribution for perfect barbecuing results.

Thanks to the brand new range of gas grills you can enjoy outdoor barbecues with the same comfort of home cooking! A premium gas grill which offers plenty of space and convenience in addition to versatility and top performance.

1810 cm² total cooking space.

Two types of cooking grates fitted:

  • TRU-INFRARED emitter plates in stainless steel and 41,6x43,5 cm upper cooking grates built from cast iron.
  • A 37,8x20 cm porcelain-enamelled warming rack keeps cooked food warm, ideal for hamburger buns or baguettes.

Grill body built in enamelled steel. Integrated lid thermometer for temperature control. 2 fuel-efficient, high-performance burners with 6,1 kW/h output made of stainless steel, heat-resistant and particularly durable for maximum heat with low gas consumption, with red LED light on the control knobs.

Cart frame in powder-coated steel, closed at four sides, stainless steel front doors and four steering rollers for easy mobility.

In case the barbecue is to be used in a foreign country, it is necessary to buy the right components.

HOW DO CONVENTIONAL GRILLS WORK?

Conventional grills rely solely on convective heat, which cooks the food. The heat is transferred through the air and the food is cooked with the circulating heat.

HOW IS THE HEAT DISTRIBUTED WHEN GRILLING?

On a conventional gas grill heat is not evenly distributed. This causes the food being grilled to cook at different speeds. Gas grills have an additional problem, because the heated air removes the moisture from the barbecued food and then simply evaporates.

HOW DO Char Broil grills SOLVE THE HEAT PROBLEM?

Whether charcoal or gas grills, most of the Char-Broil models include the patented TRU-Infrared cooking technology, which delivers nothing but the best barbecue results.

The special Infrared emitted plate above the heat source absorbs the energy and heat which is then radiated evenly over the food. This guarantees more moisture, which significantly enhances the taste and more.

TRU-Infrared Cooking Technology: the special success guarantee. Smoke & fire? Fill the smoker box with wood chips and enrich your grilled food with great smoky flavour.
