This particular type of charcoal barbecue cooks the foods using the "closed lid" system which, together with the stainless steel grids, makes it possible to obtain a mouth-filling and uniform browning. The unique combustion chamber recreates a homogeneous temperature inside the barbecue which does not dry the foods, but leaves them moist and soft. The ventilation system, consisting of two manually adjustable side vents, ensures air circulation within the cooking compartment, without creating unnecessary dispersions. These type of barbecues also feature a convenient storage shelf in the lower part.
