Comet MC25 Pump on trolley with Honda GP160 engine

This trolley sprayer pump avoids lugging around a heavy wheelbarrow containing the liquid. Put the hoses in a tank near the machine, so that you only need to hold the lance to reach all the points to treat, without carrying around heavy equipment. The hose reel can hold up to 200 metres of hose. You can find additional hoses among the related products.

This kit is ideal for spraying (or weeding) treatments, in small and medium-sized crops, parks, gardens, orchards, greenhouses and spreading of detergents and colours in water solution.

Equipped with flanged pump with an electric motor with speed reducer, complete with control unit (for pressure adjustment).

NOTE:

If products containing minerals such as kaolin, zeolite, basalt, etc. are used, washing should be carried out at the end of each treatment and at the end of each season to avoid long-term damage to the internal components of the pump. It is advisable to disassemble several parts of the pump, such as valves, heads and diaphragms, in order to clean out any agglomerated residues sedimented by the minerals.
These procedures will ensure a long life of the pump even if the above minerals are used.

Assembly

The hose reel on trolley comes already assembled. The product comes in 3 packages.

Assembly operations required:

wrap the hose around the hose reel (by simply performing the same operation for storage)
screw the 4 bolts of the pump on the base of the trolley
cut and use about half a metre of the tube, to connect the pump to the external side fitting of the hose reel.
Connect the two suction and overflow hoses and lance on the blue hose

The operation takes 30 minutes
