The Comet MTP P40/20 is an engine-driven sprayer pump ideal for agricultural crops. Equipped with a powerful Loncin G200F engine, this spayer pump provides high performance and reliability. Its sturdy and durable construction makes it suitable for use in all weather conditions, while its 3 Viton diaphragms make it compatible with chemicals and acids.

The MTP P40/20 is portable and easy to manoeuvre, and can be used for many tasks, such as irrigation, cleaning and washing. Suitable for weed control and spraying treatments in small, medium and large crops, gardens, parks, greenhouses, vegetable gardens and for distributing detergent and dye solutions. The machine is suitable for both phytosanitary purposes and for cleaning and disinfection.

This engine-driven pump with G200F engine can be mounted on trolleys, wheelbarrows and mounted or wheeled sprayers. The Loncin G200F is a high-performance and reliable single-cylinder four-stroke engine featuring 193 cc and max. 3600 rpm.

Thanks to its 3 Viton diaphragms, the machine is highly resistant to chemicals and mechanical abrasion, making it extremely versatile for use in sectors such as:

Focus on the pressure gauge

Semi-professional pressure regulating unit.

It allows adjusting the pressure at the pump outlet (from 0 to 20 bar).

It is fitted with 2 outlets as standard, which can be used to connect the different treatment equipment presented above. It is also equipped with a side cap that allows the possibility to add an additional third outlet when needed.

The black side joint is the overflow outlet. That is, all the liquid pumped but not used through said equipment exits that connection, which must then be returned with a piece of hose to the tank where the liquid dispensed is contained.

One can take advantage of this surplus to also implement a small liquid mixing action.

The pump is suitable for use with chemicals or acids, which offers an advantage over standard pumps.

In fact, thanks to the special configuration of the machine characterised by diaphragms and mechanical parts in contact with the liquid (heads and manifold) that are highly resistant to chemicals and mechanical abrasion, the pump can also be used with chemical or acid products, such as treatment with kaolin or particularly aggressive products that would corrode a standard aluminium pump.
