Dal Degan Spraying Unit for Flatbed with 500 L tank

Dal Degan Tornado mobile spraying unit for spraying, pest control and localised lance treatments. It is a mobile spraying unit with 500 lt tank.

Equipped with sturdy steel frame with flat rectangular base to mount 2 or 4-stroke sprayer pumps (membrane pumps).

This is a Dal Degan mobile spraying unit for spraying, pest control and localized treatments using pesticides with hand-operated lance, specifically designed for pick-up flatbeds, trucks or trailers.

EXTREMELY STURDY SPRAYING UNIT. Steel section frame painted with epoxy powders.

LARGE TANK. Polyethylene tank with graduated scale of 500 L capacity, accessible suction filter with shut-off valve for cleaning when the tank is full. With graduated scale from 150 to 500 L.
The tank is equipped with integrated hand wash.

Equipped with hose reel, heavy duty and hand-operated.

Suitable to mount a petrol sprayer pump (not included with the spraying unit) of medium and large dimensions (generally recommended, a pump of max. 38 lt/min. - 40 bar)

Already equipped with the 3 pipes to connect the pump (pump sold separately):

  • Suction hose from the tank to the pump (Ø 25 mm)
  • Overflow hose from the pump to the tank (Ø 12 mm)
  • Connection hose from the pump to the hose reel to perform spraying (Ø 10 mm)

This footprint makes it suitable for pick-up flatbeds. However, we recommend to always check the dimensions of the flatbed inside the side panels of your power barrow.

Equipped with a wide perforated base which allows to mount many models of petrol sprayer pumps.

The holes make this spraying unit with tank suitable for different types of Comet pumps with petrol engine in our catalogue.

Lid to insert the liquid into the tank.

Mesh filter placed under the lid for the first filtration of the liquid for treatments inside the tank of the spraying unit

Heavy-duty external cartridge filter, easily accessible for cleaning, placed at the beginning of the suction hose (allows total protection of the membrane pump)
