The DIESSE DS 94 rotary tiller is a high-quality, sturdy and hard-wearing machine.

The manufacturing is completely Italian with very high standards.

Equipped with a powerful 7 hp diesel engine that sends its power to the ground by means of a classic, sturdy oil-bath gearbox with 3 forward gears and a reverse gear.

This rotary tiller is also suitable for difficult and intensive work on hard, unploughed ground.

This is the classic rotary tiller with a powerful diesel engine and a robust, traditional wet gearbox with 3 forward and 1 reverse gear.

The machine weighs approximately 112 kg, allowing it to work even on hard, unploughed ground, penetrating deep into the soil.

This model is dedicated to those who have a certain amount of land to till, or hard ground or small stones (where a lighter tiller or one with a less consistent transmission such as a belt drive would not be able to work with the same efficiency).

The diesel engine guarantees a truly superlative torque (higher than petrol engines at low revs), making it possible to work without difficulty even in higher gears, allowing the tiller to rotate even at very high revs without placing an excessive burden on the engine itself. Additionally, it guarantees low fuel consumption, low maintenance and low operating costs.

Adjustable tiller 95 cm and power take-offs

Sturdy tiller mounted on an hexagonal-shaped central shaft, and provided with six elements with 4 steel hoes each.

Effective working width of the 3-hoe cutter: 95 cm

Hexagonal shaft diameter of the hoes: 30 mm.

Reduced width with 2 hoes: 70 cm

Maximum width with 4 hoes (optional): 120 cm

The tiller on this diesel rotary tiller is adjustable. Simply remove the two outermost elements in one easy operation and reinsert the outer protective discs.

The power take-offs are easily accessible, located directly at the rear of the machine. Simply remove the rubber plugs and they are immediately available.

(it rotates at all times, even when the gearbox is in neutral, useful for operating additional equipment that can be connected to the power take-off)

Power take-off synchronised with the gearbox

Handlebars and spur

The handlebars are height-adjustable and laterally adjustable using a double adjuster made of cast steel.

ACCIDENT PREVENTION:

  • Single for forward gears (red switch-off lever)
  • Double for reverse (red lever + lower right lever reverse disengagement)

Throttle lever

Practical storage compartment in the centre of the controls.

Rear spur adjustable in height and can be positioned in rotating or fixed configuration.

In the pictures, it is mounted in the standard position.

For instance, it can be mounted in the reverse position (with the bend turned to the front), to tackle harder or rough terrain.
