AF30 Plate and Sheet Filter for Wine with 20 x 20 cm Filter Sheets

The AF30 plate and sheet filter with 20x20 filter sheets comes with a 100% Aisi 304 stainless steel frame and filtering pump, which guarantee long service life and high hygiene, suitable for intensive use.

This filter is intended for HEAVY-DUTY APPLICATIONS and is a practical and safe machine, which grants even to the small producer the quality and safety of a high product filtration.

This heavy-duty filter mounts 31 20x 20 thick filter plates made of top-quality non-toxic moplen and is equipped with pressure gauge and flow control valve. The assembly is fast and easy, the replacement of the filter sheets is immediate and most importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations has been drastically reduced.

The machine is mounted on a supporting frame with stainless steel wheels and features a built-in liquid recovery tray.

It can house up to 30 filter sheets. Several types of filter sheets can be mounted to obtain different types of productions. It is also available a version with bypass valve and double filtration kit on request.

Self-priming pump made of AISI 304 stainless steel

EBARA pump body in Aisi 304 stainless steel: this is a state-of-the-art pump, characterised by great durability and designed specifically to be compatible with liquid foods.

Aisi 304 stainless steel is one of the austenitic stainless alloys (also called high performance alloys or superalloys) produced with high percentages of binders (over 50% by weight) and which have a much higher resistance to corrosion than standard stainless steels.

The pump is self-priming, designed specifically for the operation of this wine filter.

The AF30 INOX wine filtering pump mounts an electric induction motor which guarantees a long service life.

In addition, the motor is built in stainless steel which preserves and protects it over time, unlike most other electric motors on the market, which instead feature painted sheet metal casings.

This motor is capable of delivering a power of 0.5 Hp

Depending on the types of filter layers used, it can be used to roughen, polish and sterilise white and red wines, sparkling wines, vinegars, herbal products, liqueurs, etc.

Flow regulator with pressure gauge: this is used to check the state of saturation of the filters, allowing the pressure of the liquid in the pump to be lowered several times as they become saturated, thus using them up to their complete state of saturation without causing problems for the pump.

It does not require any special maintenance other than normal cleaning.
