This heavy-duty filter mounts 41 20x 20 thick filter plates made of top-quality non-toxic moplen and is equipped with pressure gauge and flow control valve. The assembly is fast and easy, the replacement of the filter sheets is immediate and most importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations has been drastically reduced.
The machine is mounted on a supporting frame with stainless steel wheels and features a built-in liquid recovery tray.
It can house up to 40 filter sheets. Several types of filter sheets can be mounted to obtain different types of productions. It is also available a version with bypass valve and double filtration kit on request.
The pump can also operate with fewer than the 40 filter sheets for which it is designed: simply slide the chosen plates off. The filtering quality remains the same, only the amount filtered per hour will decrease.
For example, if only 21 plates (i.e. 20 filter sheets) are used, the hourly production of filtered litres will be equal to half. But in some cases this can allow to save money in the use of filter sheets.
