Sealing bar and vacuum chamber

The large-sized 310x350x190 mm vacuum chamber, a 300 mm sealing bar and a vacuum pump in oil bath with a capacity of 133 L/min, the machine allows to easily and quickly vacuum pack food products.

The machine is fully automatic. Once the lid is closed, the clamping sensor starts the vacuum packing process and the hydraulic pistons will raise the lid when the work is completed.

Two removable shelves supplied as standard equipment, which can be inserted inside the vacuum chamber to simplify the vacuum packing of small products.

The 300 mm long sealing bar has a very high thermal resistance. It can be removed to ease cleaning operations. The machine has a power consumption of 400W.

Operation and controls

The working cycle is automatic, which means that the operator only has to program the optimum vacuum percentage and sealing time for the product to be packaged on the electronic display, align the bag with the sealing bar and lower the lid. The machine will do the rest. In fact, the vacuum process will start, thanks to the clamping sensor which, by closing the lid, starts the vacuum packing process. Once the work is done, the hydraulic pistons will raise the lid.

In order to avoid the problem of oversized and bulky products for the internal dimensions of the packaging machine, it also is possible to vacuum package food products outside the machine itself, using it as if it were an external suction model, resorting to the common embossed bags. Simply place the embossed bag on the outside of the vacuum chamber, making sure that the open part of the bag is on the inside and fits tightly onto the sealing bar, and start the vacuum function to pack like an external suction model.

The machine is made of hygienically materials, making it extremely long-lasting and very easy to clean.
