EuroMech EM400H-Agri Tracked Power Barrow - Extendable barrow with 400 Kg load capacity

The EuroMech EM400H-Agri tracked power barrow can carry a maximum weight of 400 Kg on flat grounds, while it can carry up to 100 Kg on maximum 30% slopes.

The frame is very sturdy and the side rails, as they do not feature the sliding guides on the same axis, allow them to be extended further than other power barrows.

The machine is equipped with "triangular" tracks consisting of 3 rollers. The self-propelled track system allows you to always have maximum adherence to the ground even on slopes. It can be used in the most varied sectors, construction, gardening and agriculture.

It has a powerful Honda GP 160 4-stroke petrol engine, capable of delivering a nominal power of 4.8 HP

Equipped with extensible body, which allows to significantly increase the load capacity. To extend the barrow body, it will be necessary to loosen the aluminium knobs and open the sides according to your needs. The dumper can be easily folded down thanks to a lever on the rear side.

It is also equipped with arched side plates, which are also easily adjustable using the knobs.

The sturdy steel frame and the manual gear shifting system with six forward and two backward speed gears make this power barrow versatile and high performing. The clutch is mechanical with belt tension, while the steering clutches are in oil bath contained inside the mechanical reduction gear.

They are a valid tool to be used in the countryside for moving and transport loads in small and narrow areas or on sloping grounds.

Skip, made of high-resistance steel, is reinforced with tubular cross members in the lower part, which make it suitable for any load or stress.

The load floor is at the minimum distance from the ground both to facilitate the operations of loading / unloading that to keep low the centre of gravity of the machine.

The height of the skip body is 280 mm, but raising the extendable sides, it can reach 490 mm.

To extend the skip, you will only need to unscrew the knobs placed under and laterally to the body, and screw them back on once it reaches the size that you need.

The mechanical tilting of the body is activated manually with the special rubber release lever placed on the side of the skip.

Gearbox: large, reliable and accurate.

The wheelbarrow is provided with reducer gears, which allows him to double the gears and get to 6 for the advancement and 2 for reverse. Thanks to the regulator will be able to always have the right traction in any situation. It uses the same concept as off-road vehicles. The two new levers allow a fast and convenient insertion of the desired gear. One to enter the 3 gears (forward and reverse), the other to select fast or slow mode.

The speed gears that can be selected are totally 8 (6+2), and this is allowed thanks to the adjustable speed from low to high of each selected gear. Through the lever located to the right of gearbox it will be possible to choose between two speeds. The fastest gears are indicated for the sliding portions while setting the low speed (Low range) it will be possible to cross with ease even the roughest spots.

Parking brakes:
Attached to the gearbox, of the over-sized type with internal expansion, for greater stability and safety.
They are automatically activated when the controls are released (leaving the machine in neutral, even on a very steep slope, the machine remains perfectly blocked)

Transmission:
Sturdy and resistant, it allows managing the steering by acting on the single track, deactivating its rotation.

Focus on the special plug for checking and draining the transmission oil.

The peculiarity of the tracks of this machine lies in their triangular shape. Thanks to the width and the tread configuration, they guarantee perfect grip and stability on all types of terrain. Made of special reinforced rubber with excellent grip, they are able to tackle any type of surface or step.

Easy to operate and ergonomic, the controls of this power barrow offer precision and controllability while working, always ensuring the highest safety.

The machine is provided with two lower levers for steering and designed to block the tracks, respectively on the right and on the left.

The steering can be adjusted depending on the control lever, and it allows moving smoothly. By partially pulling one or the other lever also the steering of the affected track, right or left, will be partial.
