The two main blades are crossed, but most importantly they are placed on two different levels (one higher and one lower). These blades, by chopping grass and residues on more levels, allow the grass to decompose faster, since it is chopped so finely.

The 6-blade cutting deck cuts grass, small branches, reeds and much more very finely, like no other machine on the market can do. A truly extraordinary result. The maximum diameter for twigs and small shrubs is 1.5/2 cm.

The cutting deck chops the grass particularly finely since it is equipped with 6 cutting knives. These knives, placed on several levels, chop everything very finely. These are rotating knives. This protects them from any impact (such as stones, large diameter branches or unevenness of the ground). However, we recommend avoiding violent impacts if possible.

THE CUTTING DECK IS THE ONLY ONE TILTING YOU CAN FIND ON THE MARKET.

In fact, it rotates around its own coupling axis to the machine body.
This allows it to work on any type of terrain, even quite bumpy, since it can easily adapt to its roughness.

Final belt transmission between the cutting deck and the machine body (protected by the large black carter in the photo).

This allows (together with the pivoting knife system) the cutting deck to last longer.

In fact, the belt performs a function similar to that of a clutch (it can slip in case of blade impact, often avoiding wear or damage of the components).

However, we recommend to avoid impacts and working on stony grounds, if the stones are big enough as to reach the rotating blades.

Therefore, an outstanding advantage consists of the blade engagement/disengagement lever.

In other machines, if the blade is mounted directly under the engine, this obviously cannot be turned off, and as long as the engine is running, the blade will continue to work. Instead, this innovative machine allows you to activate the blade only when necessary, for example in the spot where you need to work, and deactivate it immediately afterwards. It allows, for instance, to move the machine using self-propulsion while the blade is stopped.
