The Fama MIGNON GM electric grater features sturdy and elegant design, entirely made in Italy with high-quality materials.

The machine stands among others for the possibility of removing the drum, allowing and facilitating cleaning after use.

The sturdy motor with 230 V/50 Hz power supply and 0.38 Kw/0.50 Hp power guarantees high performance to satisfy even those who use the machine professionally.

The grater complies with the CE standards and it is recommended for small catering activities.

Electric cheese grater technical features

The Fama Mignon GM cheese grater is designed for domestic or semi-professional use, suitable for: hard cheese, dry bread, etc.

Stainless steel cheese box, 16 cm of diameter with convenient lid to keep the grated product fresh;

The grater opening is 11x6.5 cm.

The machine is extremely user-friendly. Focus on the on/off switch.

Safety systems:

the drum is equipped with a safety micro-switch that allows operation only with the food pusher lowered;

Lower safety grid which prevents access to the drum also from the lower part;

WARNING:

This machine is only suitable for hard cheese (such as aged Parmesan). It is not suitable for soft cheese (such as Emmental)
