FAMA TGI22 Electric Meat Mincer/Grater

FAMA TGI22, the best combined meat mincer in the FAMA range. Entirely made in Italy.

Fully removable grinding unit.

The hopper plate, the self-sharpening blade and the die plate are made in AISI 304 stainless steel.

The grinding unit consists of:

  • Food-grade cast iron grinding chamber.
  • auger and impeller made in polished aluminium

Thanks to the crankcase entirely built in stainless steel, this machine is extremely easy to clean, plus it is highly resistant to external elements such as water, or any solvent used for cleaning.

Its simple and functional design makes the machine pleasing to the eye and extremely easy to clean.

Ideal to produce large amounts of ground meat and grated cheese and bread, it’s intended for a butcher shops, restaurants or hotels.

Equipped with an 1,100 W asynchronous three-phase induction electric motor powered at 400V.

The hourly output is ~300 Kg/h, this makes this meat mincer suitable for professional use. The hourly output of the grater is 70 Kg/h.

The combined meat mincer provides excellent space management without the need for two separate machines.

The grater roller is in stainless steel, thus making it resistant to corrosion originated by cheese grating.

The grater is equipped with a safety microswitch that stops the motion of the machine when the handle is raised, in accordance with the current safety standards dictated by the European community.

This meat mincer is designed for a counter top use.

Removable grinding unit in CAST IRON

This machine features a removable grinding unit.

The grinding unit consists of 5 components:

  • Stainless steel blade and the die plate.
  • Polished die-cast aluminium auger and impeller.
  • The food-grade cast iron grinding chamber.

Just unscrew the knob and take out the whole grinding unit.

This feature allows for a quick and fast cleaning of the machine.

The removable grinding unit, once the knob on the side of the machine has been unscrewed, will allow you to remove the whole auger unit (worm screw), the blade and the die plate.

The feeder tube that brings the meat from the funnel to this chamber will however remain attached to the machine body and will need to be cleaned separately unlike other machines that have a removable body.

Meat mincer

The FAMA TGI22 meat mincer carter is entirely made of stainless steel.

The self-sharpening blade and the die plate with Ø 6 mm holes are in AISI 304 stainless steel.

The grinding unit is in food-grade cast iron.

The pestle is made of food-grade plastic.

The dimensions of the feed inlet are ø 52 mm

The diameter of the meat outlet is ø82 mm

Thanks to the numerous die plates (sold separately) you can grind the meat with different grains.

Machine operation is extremely easy and intuitive.
