FAMA TS8R RETRO’ electric meat mincer, the entry level of the retro range, comes with truly distinctive visual features. Burgundy red painted base with black and gold lines which recall a old-fashioned aesthetic, make this machine pleasing to the eye and extremely functional for semi-professional use.

Also included is the Enterprice system with stainless steel Ø 6 mm die plate and self-sharpening blade.

The diameter of the feed inlet is 56 mm while the outlet mouth measures 60 mm

This machine is designed for a counter top use

Equipped with an 380 W asynchronous induction electric motor powered at 230V.

The hourly output is ~15 Kg/h, making this meat mincer suitable for particularly demanding hobbyists or for semi-professional use

Removable grinding unit in aluminium

This machine has a removable grinding unit.

Just unscrew the knob and take out the whole grinding unit.

This feature allows for a quick and fast cleaning of the machine. Furthermore, you can put the grinding group directly into the blast chiller or freezer without having to clean it thoroughly after each use.

The removable grinding unit, once the knob on the side of the machine has been unscrewed, will allow you to remove the whole grinding unit, including the auger (worm screw), the blade and the die plate.

The body of this machine is painted in a very unique way, in fact, features a burgundy red paint with black and gold finishings giving the machine an old-fashioned aesthetic.

Meat mincer

The FAMA ts8r meat mincer consists of a machine body, propeller, funnel grinding unit, self-sharpening knife and die plate in stainless steel for food use. The pestle is made of very resistant and thick ABS.

The auger reaches 80 revolutions per minute (RPM)

The diameter of the holes is ø 6 mm

Thanks to the numerous die plates (sold separately) you can grind the meat with different grains.

Machine operation is extremely easy and intuitive.

The size of the feed inlet is Ø 56 mm while the outlet mouth measures Ø 60 mm
