AgriEuro 600 SC Band Saw

The AgriEuro 600 SC band saw is a tractor-mounted machine mainly intended for professionals. It is PTO driven and is connected to the tractor.

The structure of the AgriEuro 600 SC band saw is entirely built in steel and features sturdy large-sized flywheels (600 mm) which are covered with an extremely wear-resistant rubber sleeve that safeguards the integrity of the machine even under maximum stress.

Characterised by exceptional power and sturdiness, the band saw can cut knotty logs of varying sizes with ease.

This heavy-duty band saw allows for an easy and safe wood cutting work. The AgriEuro 600 SC band saw is equipped with special safety devices that protect the user during work.

Band saw flywheels

The flywheels fitted to the AgriEuro band saw are very large in diameter (600 mm), are built in cast iron casting and covered by a wear-resistant rubber sleeve which ensures that the blade is correctly positioned and ensures a long service life for the machine.

The rotation speed of the flywheels driven by the tractor PTO shaft is 350 rpm.

The blade mounted on this type of flywheels is 4750 mm long and 25 mm large.

The flywheels are accessible via an opening panel locked by hinges.

Cutting table

The band saw features a 770 x 1050 mm cutting table equipped with a 680 x 380 mm sliding table

The net cutting stroke of the sliding table is 400 mm

The sliding table is equipped with a wood pusher, complete with a knob for easy operation.

Both the cutting table and the sliding table are built in steel.

By unscrewing the locking knob and moving it along the guide and then screwing it back in, the operator can set the distance from the blade to ensure even cuts. The cutting table features a fence to fix the length of the cut.

The sliding table is equipped with a locking device to set the sliding level.

Machine frame in steel

The structure of the AgriEuro band saw is entirely made of steel that gives the machine exceptional sturdiness.

The frame is equipped with a three-point-hitch to connect the machine to the tractor and a drawbar for attaching the saw to a means of transport.

In addition, the band saw is easy to transport manually thanks to the rubber wheels and the excellent machine balance.

The band saw can also be moved by forklift or lifter thanks to its lifting hook.

Cardan shaft power supply via tractor PTO

This band saw is used by connecting it via a universal cardan shaft to a tractor.

The band saw uses the action of a gearbox multiplier which operates by means of a cardan shaft that transfers motion to a pulley connected by a drive belt to the band saw flywheels.

Connection to the tractor works via the three-point-hitch with which the sturdy frame is equipped.

Focus on the gearbox multiplier with hardened steel gears in oil bath with an external coating in cast aluminium.
