FLIPPER 50 Wood-fired Barbecue

In addition to a very unique design, the FLIPPER 50 wood-fired barbecue can boast an outstanding resistance to the elements. Weathering steel (COR TEN steel) is the construction material of this BBQ and is extremely corrosion resistant and able to withstand constant exposure to weather (rain, snow, sun, hail) and to flames thanks to a protective coating.

Unlike normal iron, weathering (COR TEN) steel is an alloy, which makes it extremely eco-friendly because it can be recycled countless times.

Cooking surface

The spacious 45x50 cm grid offers a large enough cooking space to prepare a sheer variety of dishes, from vegetables to meat cuts and fish fillets.

The grid can be set on 2 different heights, according to the desired amount of heat and the embers produced.

Wood combustion chamber

Large, sturdy and practical, the wood combustion chamber houses a large amount of burning wood to produce and conveniently accumulate and collect embers underneath the grid.

The practical ember spreader supplied then helps to gather the hot embers to placed them over the cooking surface under the grid.

Features

The brazier unit features two sturdy tool hooks (to be positioned either on the left or on the right side) specially designed to hang the BBQ tools supplied, namely the ember spreader and the charcoal rake.

The side handle and the rear wheels with rubber tread are very useful to move around the BBQ on any type of surface.
