Manual fruit and vegetable presses allow juice to be extracted from fruit and vegetables preserving food nutrients and flavours.
It is possible thanks to the minimal contact of juice and fruit with oxygen; furthermore, the use of these machines does not require too much physical effort and excessive pressure.
They exploit the action of a manually operated press; it is strongly recommended to ensure that the food to be squeezed does not contain stones, in order to complete the procedure correctly.
