Fruit hydropresses are heavy-duty, effective and easy-to-use tools.
Their use is particularly recommended as they ensure a high yield in the extraction of juice from apples, grapes and fruit.
Their operation is based on an innovative system that uses water pressure to press any fruit or vegetable, to produce cider and juice with a very fast yield.
As the name tells, fruit hydropresses use water pressure to swell. As it expands, the membrane forces the chopped fruit against the cage walls, extracting the juice evenly.
The cage, as well as all the internal components of the machine, is in stainless steel, while the lid and the base are made of sturdy and durable aluminium.
The operation of this machine is quite simple:
First you have to fill the inner cage with the product to press and then close it very tightly with the upper screw-on plate.
For a correct operation, it is necessary to connect the machine to the hydraulic network and wait for the inner part of the membrane to fill up.
The water entering will inflate the membrane, exerting strong pressure on the grapes, which will be pushed towards the perforated stainless steel cage so that its juice can come out.
The outer part of the hydropress is equipped with:
The inner part of the machine can be easily reached by simply removing the upper lid, that will allow gaining access to the rubber membrane at the base of the press.
