Thanks to this pressure, the fruit inside the machine is crushed by a membrane that swells with air, pressing the product against the sides of the perforated cage. The resulting liquid is always homogeneous thanks to a cloth filter included that prevents hole clogging. With this type of processing, all the characteristic properties of the fruit, such as nutritional, natural, physical and antioxidant properties, are maintained.
Cage and internal parts are made of Inox stainless steel; the lid and base are made of strong, durable food-grade aluminium. It is also a machine that does not require any maintenance; after each use, it only needs to be washed completely with water and stored in an environment not exposed to sunlight.
