BlackStone OFB 8500-3 D-ES FP - 6.4 kW Diesel Power Generator with AVR - DC 5.6 kW Full-Power + ATS Three-phase

The Blackstone OFB 8500-3 D-ES FP is equipped with a copper alternator casing and can develop up to 5600 W maximum single-phase power, and 6400 W maximum three-phase power. It is powered by a 4-stroke 498 cc diesel engine that provides 13 HP (9.6 kW). It features an easy electric start with keys and is provided with an 11 L fuel tank. The switch from three-phase mode to the single-phase and vice versa is very simple thanks to a lever located on the control panel. Really handy to use also thanks to the compact size.

The engine complies with the European regulations for EURO 5.

Equipped with AVR card: the current generator has an electronic card that automatically regulates the output voltage, keeping it constant as the load changes.

The generator can work at temperatures between 5° and 40° and at an altitude not exceeding 1000 m.

The generator is not designed for energy production, charging or maintaining batteries for the photovoltaic or solar panels systems (or similar); this can seriously damage the generator.

The starting coefficient is a fundamental characteristic of any instrument which works with electric current because it indicates how much the consumption of the object increases. Therefore, this is needed to concretely determine how many WATT are necessary during the start up operations.

• The generator was NOT designed for PROFESSIONAL use, it is therefore apt for occasional use (not frequent). The working sessions must no be over 3-4 continuous hours (which would cause the alternator to overheat and wear, especially in its internal components rotor and stator) If you need a generator for frequent use (for example once a week), the user should look towards another type of generator, specifically intended for a frequent use and precisely a PROFESSIONAL or even INDUSTRIAL quality-level generator (that is not provided with a standard 3000 rpm alternator as this models is, but one which is designed with a professional alternator with low speed; 1500 rpm - with liquid-cooled engine and alternator - which have a level of specific characteristic and price point very different from this model’s);

The generator is not designed to be installed in photovoltaic or solar energy systems for energy production nor for the recharging or maintenance of batteries of these specific or other electric systems. Indeed, it may damage seriously the generator on its internal components (alternator, engine and electrical component). Each photovoltaic system requires a generator for INDUSTRIAL use (not for domestic use as this present model), specifically designed and manufactured for this purpose.
