The 97 cm sickle bar attachment (provided on standard kit) is a mulching cutter bar with standard single-blade action . A MULCHING blade is particularly effective thanks to the blade shape and sharpness. Achieving SINGLE-BLADE ACTION requires a 2-blade cutter bar. The transmission system engages the upper blade through an oscillating motion, while the lower blade is fixed. This system allows chopping the grass effectively thanks to the position of the fixed lower blade that acts like a counter-blade.

Sickle bar cutting width: 97 cm

Mulching cutting system: the sickle bar consists of a lower blade and an upper blade, which moves with an oscillatory motion in contact with the lower blade that is fixed and acts as a counter-blade. This type of mulching cutting system is possible thanks to the blade shape, which allows making clean cuts and chopping very tall and thick grass.

The user can adjust the cutting height by setting the 2 rear runners angle.
