GeoTech Pro MFM145-H - Tractor-mounted Flail Mower - Medium Series - Hydraulic Shift

The GeoTech-Pro MFM 145-H tractor-mounted flail mower is a medium-strength farm equipment designed for the maintenance of lawns, orchards, forests and fallow land. Its use is ideal for shredding grass, light prunings and small shrubs, ensuring an even cut and perfect management of plant residue.

This tractor-mounted mower is equipped with hydraulic side-shift, which allows the position of the implement to be adjusted relative to the tractor's roadway, facilitating operations near obstacles such as trees and fences. The effective working width is 142 cm, while the overall structure, including side slides, has a total width of 156 cm.

The transmission is by a 3-belt system, which provides excellent strength and reduces the risk of slippage. The adjustable rear roller allows the cutting height to be adjusted according to the type of soil and vegetation to be treated. The weight of the machine, which is 258 kg, ensures stability and robustness during use.

These hammers are mounted on a sturdy 16 mm diameter hardened steel bolt. (90mm length)

It finely shreds grass and twigs, while simultaneously rolling the turf. Thanks to the high number of rotor revolutions and the number of hammers (hammer flails), it allows reducing the wave impact of the grass cover and performing excellent shredding operations.

Gearbox in oil bath.. The housing is made of cast iron, while the internal gears are made of hardened steel. Equipped with lubricated extension.

This machine is equipped with a freewheel device (or additional joint) built in the gearbox; this ensures a long service life of all the moving parts of the machine, preventing the kickback that would be caused by changing from 540 rpm to 0 rpm and allowing the rotor to turn freely until it stops.
