WARNING:
The log splitters included in this category are not suitable for processing wood with particularly twisted fibres such as pine, large diameters and in any case types of wood with frequent wood knots. In this case professional models are recommended. Furthermore, the logs should only be split once dried, and not when they are still green; when the wood is green, it has less tendency to split and open and is therefore less suitable for use with the log splitter. Once dried, however, it can be split and becomes ready for use in fireplaces, stoves, ovens, etc..
