GeoPorter 530E tracked power barrow

Tracked power barrow with extendable skip. Payload capacity: 500 Kg.

As the machine is equipped with a track drive system and is powered by a Loncin engine, this tracked power barrow can carry loads up to 500 Kg even on slopes. It is best suited to load different materials.

Thanks to its sturdy frame made of steel and its manual transmission with 3 forward speed and 1 reverse speed, this is a versatile and efficient machinery.

It is equipped with a skip with extendable side panels that increase the platform loading capacity.

Moreover, the machine is provided with extension sides for different applications.

Gearbox, parking brake and transmission

Gearbox: big, reliable and efficient.

Speeds:
3 forward speed and 1 reverse speed.

Parking brakes:

They are connected to the transmission gear in order to guarantee more balance and safety. Release the controls to start the parking brakes automatically (the machine will be kept totally blocked even on steep slopes and even if the speed is put in neutral).

Transmission:
The sturdy and strong transmission allows managing the power steering by disconnecting its rotation and choosing which roller should drive.

The machine is supplied by the manufacturer with transmission oil level. Anyway, oil levels must ALWAYS be checked before operating the unit as specified in the instruction and maintenance manual.

Tracks and tread pattern

Their width and structure are guarantee of extra-grip and balance on any type of ground. They are made of reinforced rubber as guarantee of extra grip on any surface and step.

Rear side of the “crawler” track with a upper sharp angle which allows to run easily on steps and any other obstacle.

Frame

The sturdy frame with thick steel box-section prevents vibrations and noise. The low center of mass guarantees a great balance while working. The engine and the transmission are easily accessible to attempt maintenance.

Automatic track tensioning adjustment by means of the tension springs.

Extendable skip with tipping system

As the high impact steel skip is reinforced with tubular steel construction on the underside of the machine, it is intended to carry any load or to face any stress. The loading platform is very close to the ground in order to make loading/unloading operations easier.

Hydraulic tipping: use the proper rubber lever with spring to release it by hand. It is easy to use even with heavy loads by means of the tipping control lever on the side.

The tracked power barrow is provided with a pneumatic cylinder on the underside of the frame which assists tipping system reducing operator's motion and keeping the skip tipped. Therefore, it makes any operation easier.

Increase the inside box volume by means of the extendable side panels. In addition to the standard
threaded pin with handle on the underside of the skip, the machine is equipped with sturdy adjustable hinges to guarantee the side panel will be totally locked.

Moreover, the machine is provided with extension sides on standard kit. The extension sides can increase the loading capacity.

For example, you can use them to carry and load logs. Increase the load by means of the extension sides to optimize your work.

Controls

Controls: easy to use and ergonomics. They are efficent and make your machine easy to manoeuvre.

Big red start lever.

Two steering triggers on the underside of the right and the left handle.

You can control the steering according to the control lever allowing a comfortable access. By squeezing one of the two triggers partially, the track on that side will turn in that direction partially as well. In this way you can steer your tracked power barrow very easily avoiding sudden movements.

Safety brake to stop the machine immediately.
