CAR E500 e-Lift battery-powered electric wheelbarrow

The Car E500 Hydro EVO battery-powered wheelbarrow with hydraulic dumper barrow is a simple and functional machine, suitable for many uses in the garden and countryside. The wood transport, land removal, bricks and heavy material are no longer a problem: comfort and power in one tool. In addition, the battery-powered electric motor allows the use of the machine for transporting objects also in closed places such as greenhouses, in fact, the machine does not produce any kind of harmful smoke, however, still ensuring the maximum efficiency and low noise.

The rear pivoting wheel ensures manoeuvrability in confined spaces and is equipped with the block system for high level of security, while the pneumatic front wheel ensure maximum traction on the ground, thanks to the presence of the motor on it,

The machine has an electric motor with a lead battery 48V and 20Ah. It manages to deliver a power of 1kW.

The wheelbarrow is self-propelled and has adjustable speed. The machine is equipped with a forward and reverse gear.

The body is easily tipped thanks to the electrical system that allows anything inside to be unloaded without any effort on the part of the operator.

Battery-Powered Motor

The lead battery 48v and 20 Ah ensures the machine autonomy for 3 hours, and it has a charging time of 5–6 hours. The machine can reach a top speed of 5 km / h.

Main advantages of the electric motor:

More reliable than a petrol model, thanks to its electric motor. It hasn’t a spark plug, filters, oil dipstick, carburettors, etc ... or components which can cause problems.
Much lighter
Zero maintenance
Lower consumption and drastically reduced operating costs compared to petrol engine models (great cutting results with minimal power required). Moreover, the operator won’t have to refuel (the fuel should always be fresh).
Zero vibrations, thanks to the electric motor. Instead, almost all petrol powered machines, which are not equipped with an anti-vibration system on steel springs, have a very high degree of vibration, making the work really unpleasant.
Zero smoke emission, zero impact on the environment and, above all, on the operator’s health.
Much quieter and therefore pleasant to use than a petrol engine one.

The wheelbarrow is equipped with an electromagnetic brake that is activated when there is no current flow in the motor, so if you need to move te wheelbarrow and cannot switch it on, you will have to operate the lever on the motor

Tipping Dumper Barrow

The high-strength steel body is reinforced with tubular crossbars at the bottom, making it suitable for any load or stress. The loading platform is at the minimum distance from the ground to facilitate loading/unloading operations. This wheelbarrow is equipped with an electrical tipping system.

To tip the barrow, you will only have to turn the knob on the control panel.

The rear wheel is pivoting of large dimensions (26 cm) and ensures good traction, guaranteeing high manoeuvrability even in confined spaces. Moreover, this is equipped with block to ensure maximum safety.

The front wheels are very large and robust (38 cm) and able to minimize any kind of effort.
