Thanks to its lighting you will be able to cut any food in any working area.

This light shows whether the machine’s locking system is still activated.

It starts with a blue colour than, after one minute, the led turns into red and flashes for about 240 seconds. This system helps the Operator to constantly remember that the sharpened blade is still open and ready to work, until the meat slicer switches to stand-by.

After 5 minutes of inactivity, the light of graduated knob and blade will turn off.

When in stand-by mood, the red light will be activated until the stop is finally closed.
