In this category AgriEuro includes a range of electric destemmers equipped with food-grade rubber pre-processing rollers and stainless steel centrifugal pump.
Grape crushing is obtained through the combined action of several elements: the first processing is carried out by the rollers in the hopper, which crush the grapes. As a result, the combined action of the rotor and the grid takes place, causing the complete detachment of the grapes from the stalks. Lastly, the centrifugal pump transfers the final product into the storage container.
The advantage of this model compared to destemmers without rollers is performing an additional step thanks to the food-grade rubber rollers capable of maintaining a constant mutual distance during rotation. This way, grape crushing is homogeneous, keeping intact stalks and seeds.
The machines are divided according to the material used: classic enamelled destemmers, made of white food-grade sheet metal, or heavy-duty stainless steel destemmers.
The hourly output of these products ranges from 2000 Kg/h for smaller models up to 2500 or 3000 Kg/h for larger ones.
